About Nicole Whaley - Australia 2025

When women in ministry thrive, the global church thrives and grows. By the grace of God, and with the support of our donors, for over 20 years, Come before Winter has served almost 2,500 ministry leaders through week-long spiritual renewals, at no cost to them.

A Come before Winter renewal offers women in ministry a week away from their day-to-day obligations so that they can immerse themselves in study, prayer, reflection and worship. They so often arrive physically, emotionally and spiritually exhausted but return home with the tools and clarity to take the next steps in the work God has called them to. 

In June of 2025, I will be the Director for the renewal to be held in Australia. This will be my 8th time as a team member, and my first as a Director. Alongside a team of 15 other women, we will serve 48 women who are ministry leaders throughout the South Pacific region. Together, we will study the book of Habakkuk. One participant from Croatia shares of her week immersed in Habakkuk, "This curriculum is so highly relevant for the world and women at this time. Every session met an important need".
