About Mika Roland

Women in ministry face unique challenges as they balance work, family, marriage, and community. 

Come before Winter retreats create a space to reflect, learn, rest, connect with one another, and be renewed in spirit so they can continue pouring into the lives they serve. I’ve experienced the power of these renewals myself—how stories shared and prayers lifted can rekindle hope and strength. 

I have been invited to travel with the team to Asia, a region with a special place in my heart, to encourage women serving faithfully there. 

The funds I raise will cover my own travel and stay, as well as the costs for three participants to attend the renewal. For these women, the renewal is completely free, lifting a weight since most already carry the burden of fundraising to sustain their ministries and daily lives. I invite you to partner with me in blessing those who bless others. 

Your support helps make renewal possible for women who return home refreshed and ready to continue the work God has called them to.
